Pocono & East Stroudsburg / Stroudsburg / Delaware Water Gap boroughs. Developed by the Monroe County Transportation Authority, also known as Pocono Pony, PonyPlus facilitates your commute, social outings, and shopping needs.

Utilizing PonyPlus is straightforward. Simply select your destination, schedule a ride, and make your payment directly within the app. Alternatively, you can pay the exact cash fare to the driver.

PonyPlus operates in two distinct regions:

• Pocono Summit Connector (PSC): Includes Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, Pocono Mountain High School West, Mount Pocono Borough, and Pocono Summit.
• Tri-Boro Connector (TBC): Encompasses East Stroudsburg, Stroudsburg, and Delaware Water Gap boroughs, along with Independence Road and North Fifth Street in Stroud Township. All rides must both begin and end within the same area. Convenient connections are available to Pocono Pony’s Blue, Silver, or Red Route buses.

Operating hours for PonyPlus are from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday. The cost of each ride for every passenger is set at $2. Payment can be made with exact cash onboard or via credit card through the app.
